Josie is a Web Designer and Digital Project Manager who is passionate about helping people with small businesses. She loves improving websites for online business owners and solopreneurs — like herself!
How she got here
She has been building websites for both personal and professional purposes over the past 25+ years. She got her start taking computer and web design classes at a young age, which led her to building her first simple HTML website in high school. Through experience and experimentation, she learned how to improve websites to make them more organized and user-friendly.
These days, she helps small business owners improve their online presence by making aesthetic and functional updates to their websites.
Why she does it
Many people starting their own business don't know what they don't know about establishing an online presence.
Building a website can seem like such an abstract concept, let alone figuring out how to build a solid foundation using the all the digital tools that are out there.
That's why she does what she does.
She loves helping new business owners navigate the online world and find their place in it.

Josie has built the perfect career for herself that allows her to utilize every niche interest and skill she has to provide exactly the kinds of services her solopreneur clients need.
Among her favorite things to do in work and life are organizing information and planning tasks and timelines to accomplish her or her clients’ goals. She can tell when a client needs guidance, training, encouragement, or someone to do the tasks so they can focus on the work they enjoy doing.

When she’s AFK
Recreation is super important for finding balance in your life, especially as a solopreneur.
When Josie is away from her keyboard, she does her best make time for her favorite things: taking photos 📷, hiking 🥾, bike riding 🚴♀️, and being outside 😎.
Josie is also a proud member of the Black River Audubon Society, Wild Ones Greater Cleveland Chapter, and the Cleveland Hiking Club.

Josie is an all-around language nerd! She enjoys noticing and learning about different dialects, grammar structures, pronunciations, and word origins.

Josie speaks Portuguese fluently after living abroad in Brazil. She even has a bachelor’s degree in the language!
