Case Study: New Kajabi Website Build

Client Introduction
Tiffany Niide, MD, is a clinician based out of Kansas City, Missouri (recently relocated from Virginia). She had been offering her expertise around well-being and mindfulness to other clinicians for several years when she had the idea for starting her new online business, Thriving in Medicine.
The Challenge
Since Tiffany was starting from scratch with her new business, she faced some specific challenges.
She needed:
- Guidance around establishing her company name and online presence.
- A website.
- A way to execute the visions she had for her new online business.
The Solution
Tiffany’s visions for Thriving in Medicine included offering a multi-week online program and an engaging online community for clinicians, so the best website platform for her needs was Kajabi (an all-in-one platform with website building, online course and community hosting, and email marketing abilities).
Before I started working on her website, Tiffany worked with an artist to establish her logo and branding color palette (see our Branding 101 Guide). She also worked to write the necessary copy to include on her website, guided by a set of prompts I provided for her.
I built an early version of her website framework with basic web pages (e.g., home, about, contact, work with me) and later added a couple of landing pages for her online program and other offerings that were still being developed.
The solutions for Tiffany turned out to include:
- A new Kajabi website with basic list-building mechanisms in place.
- Instructions for future steps to expand upon current landing pages and product offerings.
The Impact
The best parts about this project are the lasting impacts for Tiffany and her business!

- Has the ability to start collecting contact information for a new mailing list.
- Can host her online courses and other program offerings.
