Case Study: One-and-Done Website & Email Domain Consolidation
Aug 21, 2024TLDR: Wilton Family Chiropractic hired me to consolidate their websites, domains, and email addresses now that the practice is under new ownership.
Client Introduction
Dr. Nabilah Kabir, DC has been practicing for 6 years in Saratoga Springs, NY and Clifton Park, NY through her own practice and as a partner through Wilton Family Chiropractic. In 2023, she acquired Wilton Family Chiropractic when her colleague retired.
Dr. Kabir consulted with an artist about updating her logo and branding and they connected her with Josie at Bespoke Digital Solutions.
The Challenge
Dr. Kabir was now faced with some logistical challenges around her new brand. Among the challenges she faced were:
- Needing to consolidate multiple domains into one, for both her professional email addresses and her websites
- Needing a new website highlighting her as the new owner of Wilton Family Chiropractic and using her new logo and branding
- Having a small budget for the project

The Solution
The solutions for Dr. Kabir turned out to include:
- A budget-friendly, one-page website through our One-and-Done Website offering
- Transferring one old domain from GoDaddy to SquareSpace for DNS management
- Forwarding both old domains to the new website for Wilton Family Chiropractic
- Adding the relevant old custom domain email address as an alias to her Google Workspace account, so people will now reach her at her new email address, no matter which email address they send a message to
